- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (20 ounce) can enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- Change Measurements: US | Metric
- Directions:
- Prep Time: 10 mins
- Total Time: 40 mins
- 1 Brown meat and onions in large skillet.
- 2 Add 1 cup enchilada sauce and 1 cup cheese.
- 3 Mix well.
- 4 Put filling along center of each tortilla.
- 5 Roll up and place seam side down in a 9x13 pan.
- 6 Pour remaining sauce over.
- 7 Sprinkle remaining cheese over.
- 8 Bake at 350F degrees for about 30 minutes till cheese is bubbly.
