- 2-1/2 cups All-Purpose Flower
- 1-1/2 " Yellow Corn Meal
- 1/2 " Sugar or less
- 4-Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 - " Salt
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Eggs (Beaten)

Combine dry ingredients
Stir in remaining ingred.
Just until dry ingre. are moistened (do not over mix)
Pour into 9x13" greased pan
Bake at 400 degrees 25 - 30 Mins
