Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 cups Blueberries
- can also use apples

Preparation
Step 1
Cream together shortening, sugar, eggs & vanilla.
Put together dry ingred., add to creamed mixture, alternating with sour cream.
Grease & Flour 9 x 13" Pan
Bake in 375 deg. oven about 30 to 35 mins.
