- 2 TBSP.MUSTARD SEED
- 2 TSP TURMERIC
- 2 TSP CELERY SEED
- 2 TSP GINGER
- 1 TSP PEPPER CORNS

Step 1
COMBINE CUCUMBERS & ONION SLICES IN LGE.BOWL. LAYER WITH SALT & COVER WITH ICE CUBES. LET STAND FOR 1-1/2 HR, DRAIN & RINSE. PLACE REMAINING INGRED. IN LGE.SAUCE POT & BRING TO A BOIL. ADD DRAINED CUCUMBERS & ONIONS & RETURN TO BOILING. PACK HOT INTO 1-1/2 PT. JARS. LEAVE 1/4 INCH HEAD SPACE. REMOVE AIR BUBBLES. PROCESS 10 MIN. IN BOILING WATER BATH.
