Ingredients
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 c. water

Preparation
Step 1
Combine meat with bread crumbs, salt, pepper, onions, and egg. Form into small balls. Heat cooker; add oil and brown meat balls on all sides. Add water. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 5 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly. Let pressure drop of its own accord. (6-8 servings).
