Ingredients
- 1/4 c. rubbing alcohol
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 c. warm water

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all of the ingredients together in a bottle and shake it well. The cornstarch has a tendency to sediment on the bottle so make sure you shake it well.
