Iced Tea–Infused Rub Recipe

Take that tea mix out of the pantry and add it into your next barbecue session; paired with ginger, cinnamon and cloves, it adds a delightful zing to pork kebabs, seafood, chicken, steak, ribs, eggplant, zucchini and sweet potatoes.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup powdered iced tea mix (with no artificial sweeteners)
- 2 Tbsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- Kosher salt and pepper

Step 1
1. In a small bowl, combine the iced tea mix, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, 4 tsp salt and 2 tsp pepper.
2. Pat about 2 tablespoons into each pound of meat, seafood or vegetables. For extra flavor, refrigerate for a few hours before cooking.
