Ingredients
- 2 c whole wheat flour
- 1 c brown sugar
- 3/4 c sugar
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 1 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 c egg beaters
- 1/2 c applesauce
- 1/2 c oil
- 3 c shredded carrot
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 8 oz Neufactel cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1) Stir together dry ingredients. Stir in wet ingredients. Stir in carrots.
2) Bake for in a greased 9 x 13" pan for 25 min at 350 degrees
3) Beat together powdered sugar and neufactel cheese and spread on cake once cooled.
