- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 eggs - separated

Step 1
Combine the eggs yolks and sugar. Then add all of the dry ingredients to the mixture. Next add the milk and mix until smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form then fold them into the batter.
Pour onto hot, oiled griddle to make pancakes.
