Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs chopped fresh basil
- 1 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced (About 1tsp)
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 lb flank steak

Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together well all ingredients and pour into a resealable plastic bag along with the steak.
Refrigerate 6 hrs to overnight; turn occasionally.
Remove steak; discard marinade.
Grill 17-21 minutes for rare to medium rare, turning once.
Carve crosswise into thin slices.
