Ingredients

  • 6

    cups thinly sliced Brussels sprouts

  • 1

    cup thinly sliced onion

  • 2

    TB soy sauce, light

  • 2

    TB sesame oil

  • 1

    TB balsamic vinegar

Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Clean and prepare sprouts. Cut off stems and outer leaves, if necessary. Slice thinly. Toss sprouts, onion, soy sauce and oil together in a large bowl until well coated. Spread in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake 15 minutes or until tender. Remove from oven and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar on top. Toss and serve.
