Ingredients

1 c. ocean spray blueberry juice cocktail
1 c. fresh blueberries
1 6 oz. container of fat free yogurt
8 wooden craft sticks

Servings 8

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

Blend on high speed 20 seconds until smooth.

Pour into 8 molds. Cover, insert sticks and freeze for 2 hours.

Dip molds in warm water to unmold.
