Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup Burgundy wine
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 hamburger buns

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together first 9 ingredients.
Shape into 8 patties.
Broil or grill 4-5 in. from heat 5 minutes on each side, or until desired degree of doneness.
Toast the buns on the grill. Adjust seasonings to taste.
Serve in hamburger buns.
