  • 1/2 cup shortening

  • 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup cold butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Blend crumbs with a pastry cutter and put on top
