Ingredients

  • 4 squares semi sweet baking chocolate
  • 1/4 cup [1 stick] butter or margarine
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup thawed cool whip
  • 2-4 serving size of each{ white chocolate or vanilla instant pudding and pie filling}
  • 1 square semi sweet baking chocolate grated

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350* or 325* for glass pie plate. Microwave chocolate and butter in small microwavable bowl on high 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir sugar, eggs and vanilla. Blend in flour. Spread batter in greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out with fudgy crumbs. Do not over bake. Lightly press to form slight depression. Cool on wire rack. Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Let stand 2 minutes. Spread over brownie pie. Top with thawed cool whip topping and grated chocolate. Refrigerate until ready to serve.For added crunch, stir in 1/2 cup chopped nuts after the flour and proceed as directed above.
