Ingredients
- 3 med. Conchs - pounded & ground or chopped fine
- 2 Celery ribs sliced thin or chopped
- 4 cups Water
- 2 Tbsp. Thyme
- 4 Tbsp. Baking Powder
- 2 small Onions finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
- 4 Hot Peppers
- 4 cups Flour
- Lime Juice

Preparation
Step 1
Chop or mince conch in blender. Add lime juice to help chop the conch.
Mince celery and onions. Mix all together. Salt to taste. Set aside for 10-15 minutes to rest.
Heat oil to 350. Drop 1 teaspoon at a time. Dry on paper towel. Makes 40 fritters.
