Ingredients

  • 1 llb Sea Scallops
  • 2/3 cup Japanese (panko) bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves minced garlic (small)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground pepper

Step 1

Heat oven to 425

Place scallops in a 2-quart baking dish coated with Pam.

In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over scallops.

Bake 10-15 minutes or until scallops are opaque and topping is golden.

Serve with angel hair pasta tossed with fresh Parmesan cheese. Serve with snow peas, Bibb lettuce and sourdough bread. Fruit tarts for dessert.
