Ingredients
- 1 lb Elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed & drained
- 1/2 large sweet onion - diced
- 4 stalks celery
- 1/4 cup celery top leaves - chopped
- 1/4 cups fresh Italian parsley - chopped
- 4 cans good crab meat - drained
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinaigrette (or Italian dressing)
- 1 tsp. Kosher salt -plus more to taste freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine macaroni, onion, celery, celery leaves, parsley & crab meat.
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and vinaigrette. Pour over macaroni mixture. Add salt and pepper and just seasoning to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
The macaroni tends to soak up a lot of mayo as it sits so you may have to add some additional mayo to moisten it up just before serving.
