CHICKEN SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 0 Picture

Ingredients

  • 8 oz dry spaghetti, cut into 3" pieces
  • 3 cups cubed chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 can mushroom stems and pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted sweet red peppers
  • 3 tbsp mayonaisse
  • 1 1/2 tsp steak seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta accoring to directions.

Combine the chicke, soup, onion, milk, 1/2 cheddar cheese, 1/2 swiss cheeswe, mushrooms, peppers, mayonaise, steak seasoning and basil.

Drain pasta. Add to chicken mixture and combine. Pour into 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes till melted.
