Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 2 sticks butter
- 4 TBs non-sweetened cocoa
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 Ž2 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 4 TBs cocoa
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 6 TBs buttermilk

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Boil for one minute 2 sticks of butter, 4 TBs
non-sweetened cocoa, 1 cup water. Combine in bowl flour, sugar,
cinnamon and
baking soda. Mix well (by hand ok). Pour cooked mixture (not too hot)
over
dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Bake on ungreased
11x15
cookie sheet for 15-20 mins. (Use toothpick to test.)
Frosting: Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer. Can frost
cake
when still warm.
Tip: Crack eggs in cup and stir with fork first before adding to rest
of
ingredients.
