Ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tblsp sugar
- 4 tsp bkg powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk, or buttermilk
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tblsp chopped jalepeno

Preheat to 425*
grease 8" pan
Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar,bkg powder, and salt. To dry mixture add egg ,milk,sour cream, oil, and peppers. Pour into pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes
