  • 2 1/3 cups apple cider
  • 7 cups sliced apple
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp mace
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tblsp butter

Step 1

Reduce the apple cider to 2/3 cup. Mix the ingredients and pour into a pie shell. Dot with butter. Top with crust and bake @350 for about 55 minutes.
