Ingredients
- special equipment:
- ice pop sticks
- Makes 8
- Strawberry Margarita Ice Pops:
- 1 1/4 lb. strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1/2 cup white tequila
- 1/2 cup superfine granulated sugar
- 1 Tbs. fresh lime juice
- Mango Daiquiri Ice Pops:
- 3 cups chopped, peeled mangoes (2)
- 6 Tbs light rum
- 1/2 cup superfine granulated sugar
- 2 Tbs. water
- 1 1/2 Tbs. fresh lime juice
- Pina Colada Ice Pops:
- 3 cups 1/2" cubes fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup Malibu coconut rum
- 1/2 cup well stirred cream of coconut

Preparation
Step 1
blend ingredients in blender till smooth
push through sieve into measuring glass
pour into molds and add sticks
freeze 24 hrs.
