  • ice pop sticks

  • Strawberry Margarita Ice Pops:
  • 1 1/4 lb. strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1/2 cup white tequila
  • 1/2 cup superfine granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbs. fresh lime juice
  • Mango Daiquiri Ice Pops:
  • 3 cups chopped, peeled mangoes (2)
  • 6 Tbs light rum
  • 1/2 cup superfine granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbs. water
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. fresh lime juice
  • Pina Colada Ice Pops:
  • 3 cups 1/2" cubes fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Malibu coconut rum
  • 1/2 cup well stirred cream of coconut

Preparation

Step 1

blend ingredients in blender till smooth
push through sieve into measuring glass
pour into molds and add sticks
freeze 24 hrs.
