Ingredients

  • 1 large green pepper, sliced.
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 lb. peeled shrimp
  • 12 clams
  • 3/4 lb. squid
  • Cooked chicken
  • 1 cup water - 4 cups water
  • Mashed garlic clove
  • Saffron
  • Parsley
  • 2 cups rice
  • Good squeeze of lemon
  • 1/2 pkg. Frozen peas
  • 2 tbls salt
  • Pimento, artichokes

Preparation

Step 1

Brown peppers and tomatoes in olive oil.
Add shrimp, clams, squid, 1 cup water, simmer till clams open.

Add cooked chicken, garlic, saffron and parsley. Boil.

Add rice and lemon, boil 20 min. 10 fast, 10 slow.

Add peas, salt, pimento, artichokes. Simmer until hot through.
