Chocolate cake in a mug AKA instant chocolate cake

Ingredients

• 4 Tbsp flour
• 4 Tbsp sugar
• 2 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 egg
• 3 Tbsp milk
• 3 Tbsp oil
• 1/3 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 Tbsp chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1.Place all dry ingredients in a large microwave safe coffee mug

2.Add egg and mix well

3.Add oil and milk and mix well

4.Add vanilla and optionals and mix well

5.place mug un microwave and cook on high for 3 minutes

6.Allow to cool and enjoy right out of the mug or tip out into a bowl,( great with ice cream while still Warm)
