  • Two 12 oz. packages of Tri-Color Rotini Pasta
  • 2 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 5/8 cup vinegar
  • 5/8 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 - 14 oz. cans of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 large carrots, grated
  • 1 1/2 large green peppers, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 5/8 cup milk

Step 1

Cook the pasta according to the package directions; Drain. Add the pasta to an extra large bowl. To a separate bowl, add the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, garlic salt, black pepper, and milk; Mix well to combine. Add the sauce and vegetables to the pasta; Toss well to combine. Chill the pasta until ready to serve.
