Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped cooked smoked sausage
- 2 Tbls. bottled Chili sauce
- 1 Tbls. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves (crushed)
- 1 package refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine sausage, Parmesan cheese, cinnamon
and thyme. Remove half of dough from container and unroll.
Place dough between 2 sheets of wax paper and roll into
rectangle. Spread half of sausage mixture over dough. Roll,
jelly roll fashion starting at the longest side. Cut into
1/2-inch slices and place onto baking sheet. Repeat with
remaining dough and sausage mixture. Bake in preheated 375
degree oven, 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Makes
about 4 dozen appetizers
