Ingredients
- Batter
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp
- 2 envelopes rapid rise yeast
- 2/3 cup very warm milk {120 to 130*}
- 2 tbs butter melted
- 1 egg
- Cinnamon mixture
- 3 tbs butter softened
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- Icing
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 to 2 tbs milk
- 1 tbs butter melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Mix batter ingredients in pre sprayed 8x8 baking dish, let rise for 10 minutes. Combine cinnamon mixture in a small bowl with a fork. Top batter evenly with cinnamon mixture. Use your fingers to poke the topping throughly into the batter. Bake by first placing in a cold oven then set to 350 and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned and firm in the center. Cool 10 minutes. Combine ingredients for icing and drizzle over warm cake.
