Ingredients
- 12 cups mixed baby greens
- 2 cups red, green or black seedless grapes, cut in half
- 1/4 cup walnut pieces
- 3 ounces (about 3/4 cup) crumbled reduced-fat blue cheese
- 6 tbsp light balsamic vinaigrette or light honey mustard dressing (I used Newman's Own light balsamic)
- 1 pound grilled boneless, skinless chicken breast strips or shredded rotisserie chicken

Preparation
Step 1
Place greens, grapes, walnuts and cheese in a large glass or plastic mixing bowl. Add dressing and toss well.
Divide the salad among 4 serving plates and top each with equal portions of chicken. Serve immediately.
