Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2.In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; beat until smooth and thoroughly combined. Pour batter into baking dish.
3.Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
