Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1-1/4 cups peanut butter chips
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Gradually add flour. Mix well. Stir in peanut butter chips. Line a 15" x 10" x 1" baking pan with foil. Coat with nonstick cooking spray. Gently press dough into pan. Sprinkle with pecans and press into dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack. Invert pan and remove foil. Break brittle into pieces ans store in airtight container.
