Individual chicken pot pies

Ingredients
- 3-4 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 cups cubed cooked potatoes
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 cups broth
- 1/2 cup butter, or mixture of oil and butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp thyme, or favorite herb mixture
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crust
- 2 cups bisquick
- 1 cup melted butter
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 grated parmasian

Preparation
Step 1
Add 1/4 cup butter to saucepan. Add the garlic,onion,celery, carrots salt and pepper till softened. Then add the rest of the butter and the flour. Cook for a few minutes. Now add the liquid and the potatoes. Let it get thickened and then add the corn and peas.
Crust
In a med bowl add the bisquick, parm and pepper. Then pour in the butter and buttermilk. Stir to mix.
To assemble spray bottom and sides of 8 individual ramekins or one 9-13 casserole. Evenly distribute the filling. Spread the topping gently over the filling.
Bake @350* for 40-45 minutes, or till browned and bubbly.
