Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 (4oz.) jar pimientos, with juice
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- 2 T. pickled jalapeno pepper juici

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the shredded cheeses together with the pimientos with juices. Stir in the mayonnaise. With a metal spoon (pimientos will stain plastic spoon)stir until the mixture is well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste and then stir again. Keep covered in the refrigerator until ready to use. It is easier to spread spread if left out on the counter for about 30 minutes before serving.
