Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup Colby cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 small French hard rolls, sliced and hollowed out

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef with onion over medium heat. Drain. Add soup and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in cheese, salt and pepper. Cook until cheese melts. Fill rolls with meat mixture and top with top halves of rolls. Serves 6.
