Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1-1/2 tsp. beef bouilion granules
- 3 cups hot cooked mashed potatoes

Step 1
In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the soup, milk, mushrooms and bouilion. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve over mashed potatoes
