Ingredients
- 1 can crabmeat
- 1 can La Seur peas
- Celery
- Miracle Whip
- Vinegar
- Sugar
- Milk

Preparation
Step 1
Rinse, crumble and chill the crabmeat.
Chop celery and add to the crabmeat.
Mix Miracle Whip and sugar to taste. You can add a smidge of vinegar if you prefer, but I usually leave it out because more sugar will be required to achieve the sweet/sour balance. Add enough milk to make a heavy cream consistency or one to your liking. Pour over the crabmeat and celery mixture.
Drain the can of peas and carefully combine all ingredients so the pease do not can crushed.
Serve over a bed of lettuce along with sliced garden tomatoes and soft bread sticks.
