  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/3 cup sundried tomato vinaigrette dressing

Preparation

Directions:

2. Place fish fillets, skin side down, in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
