Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/4 cups sugar
- 1-1/4 tsp. milk powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
- 1-1/4 cups light corn syrup
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1/4 cups pecan pieces
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 - 10 " unbaked pie shell

Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla. Combine milk powder and flour, add to egg mixture.
2. Mix for 3 minutes, add melted butter and shortening and mix for 2 minutes. Add corn syrup, mix for 3 minutes, then stir in pecan pieces by hand. Add chocolate chips and mix through.
3. Pour into unbacked 10" pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes, then bake at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes or until firm on top.
