Pecan Chicken with Creamy Dijon Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 whole uncooked chicken breastss, boneless and skinless
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 4 Tbsp. dijon stle mustard
- 6 oz. pecans, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix melted butter with Tbsp. mustard. Coat the chicken breasts with the mustard butter sauce, then roll in the chopped pecans. Place on baking tray. Bake the chicken 25-30 minutes or until just cooked through.
3. Combine the vegetable oil, mustard, sour cream, salt and pepper. Heat over low heat until sauce is hot. Ladel the sauce onto a warm serving plate. Place the chicken breasts over the sauce and serve immediately.
