Ingredients
- 1 Box of dried hash browns
- 1 Onion diced
- 1 Stick of butter
- Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Add hash browns to pot of boiling water; cover and remove from heat.
Let hash browns soak for 7-10 minutes, then drain
In skillet, melt a stick of butter and sauté onions in butter
Drain hash browns and add hash browns to onions and cook on medium-high heat.
Must cook on pretty high heat. Will crackle while cooking. Cook until they brown.
