1/3C.1/3 C. sugar
1/3C.1/3 C. cocoa
1/4tsp.1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2C.1 1/2 C. water
4 1/2C.4 1/2 C. milk
1/4tsp.1/4 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in a large saucepan. Add water. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 2 minutes. Stir in milk; heat through but do not boil. If desired, add vanilla. Just before serving, beat with rotary beater until foamy or stir until smooth.
