Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups diced stemmed strawberries
  • 1/2 cup diced mango
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup roughly cut chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. tequila (optional)

Step 1

In large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir together gently. Refrigerate up to 8 hours.

Notes: 3 cups

Yum, yum, yum. And so healthy! A bit too sweet because my berries were plenty sweet. Otherwise perfection.
