Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups diced stemmed strawberries
- 1/2 cup diced mango
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup roughly cut chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. tequila (optional)

Step 1
In large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir together gently. Refrigerate up to 8 hours.
Notes: 3 cups
Yum, yum, yum. And so healthy! A bit too sweet because my berries were plenty sweet. Otherwise perfection.
