Ingredients
- 1 pkg miniature colored marshmallows
- 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 egg
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup walnuts (optional)
- 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 2 cups fine coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler and cool a little.
Add icing sugar, walnuts, vanilla and marshmallows.
Mix and roll as you squeeze out air bubbles.
Divide mixture in half.
Put out coconut on waxed paper.
Roll into logs, coating well with coconut.
Place in freezer to set. When ready to serve, slice 1/2" thick.
