Ingredients
- 2 cups nonfat chicken broth
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- dash tabasco sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring stock to boil. Rinse rice. Add to stock. Cover and simmer.
2. Saute onion in half of oil. Add rest of oil and peppers. Cook.
3. Add corn and spices. Cook until soft, add to rice. Cook until liquid is absorbed. Add cilantro. Take off heat. Steam 10 mins.
