Ingredients

3 Tbs butter
1/3 cup brown sygar
2 Tbs milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2-3/4 cup coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients in order given. Remove cake from oven and let cool at least 5 min. Spread frosting evenly over cake using 2 forks. Place under broiler until coconut is browned.

Makes enough to frost 1 8-9 inch cake.
