Ingredients

  • 2-3 medium potatoes
  • 1-2 small onions
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 T parsley
  • 1/2 T flour

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare and boil potatoes, cut in 1/2 " pieces
In quart size saucepan, cook minced onion and garlic in oil until soft
Add flour
Add potatoes and seasonings
Stir in pan several times
Cover with potato liquid and milk, add fish and cook slightly on top of stove, covered.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Butter optional
