classic ratio is 3:1 from oil to Basalmic but I find it too oily, in this recipe I use 1:1

- Tools:
- 1/4 " Cup good virgin olive oil
- 1/4 " Cup basamic vinegar (the best you can afford)
- 1/4 " tsp mustard (regular or digion)
- 1/4 " tsp salt
- 1/4 " tsp pepper
- Wisk
