Chocolate Surprise Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 sticks butter
• 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/8 tsp cinnamon
• 25 kisses
• 1 1/2 tbs powdered sugar
• 3/4 tsp unsweetened coca

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat 350* combine butter, brown sugar in med bowl. until light fluffy, add vanilla. Combine flour and cinnamon in another bowl Add flour mixture to the butter. Mix. Shape dough into 25 1-inch balls, flatten into rounds 1 inch apart on 2 ungreased baking sheets. Place a candy in the center, enclose the dough around candy making sure totally covered. Bake 15 min. Combine powdered sugar and coca in small bowl, sprinkle over hot cookies. Cool on sheets 10 min then transfer to wire rack.
