Ingredients

Pie Shell:
4- 3oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
3/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
11 graham cracker squares
1/4 C. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese, add sugar gradually. Add egg and vanilla. Pur into graham cracker pie shell. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Let cool 30 minutes to set.
