ANNE'S CRAZY CAKE

Ingredients

• Frosting:
• 3 C. flour, sifted
• 2 C. sugar
• 5 Tbsp. cocoa
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• 3/4 C. oil
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 C. water
• eggs
• 4 Tbsp. cocoa
• 2/3 C. canned milk
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 C. powdered sugar
• 1/2 C. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour 9 by 13 inch pan. Sift all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add and mix in remaining ingredients with a spoon. Bake for 30-40 minutes.

Frosting:
Bring all ingredients to a boil and cook, stiriring for 1 1/2 minutes. Cool and add 2 teaspoons vanilla. Beat til right consistency. Half of recipe will cover cake.
